Designed to meet the document needs of small to mediumsized workgroups, SP 4400S, SP 4410SF and SP 4420SF are high performance desktop multifunctional products (MFPs). Despite their compact size, they are packed with advanced features such as duplex scanning, touch-screen operation and user authentication, which save time, simply operation and improve security.

New additions to Ricoh’s desktop multifunctional range, SP 4400S, SP 4410SF and SP 4420SF are amongst the fastest and most capable MFPs in their class. Network ready and equipped with an ARDF and duplex, the new models will meet all workgroup needs, delivering immaculate black-and-white output at a speed of 38 A4 pages a minute.

The three models off er a choice of functionality and price. SP 4400S, the entry-level product, is a powerful 3-in-1 solution for printing, copying and scanning. Single and double-sided documents can be scanned in full colour using the integral scanning facility. Scanned documents can be saved to a network location or directly to a memory stick.

SP 4410SF and SP 4420SF combine fax functionality with printing, copying and scanning. Using the high-speed fax, it’s possible to send a broadcast fax message to 400 locations and transmit an A4 fax in under three seconds. To save paper, outbound fax messages can be sent directly from PC and inbound fax messages can be redirected to email or FTP.

SP 4420SF, the top end model, is supplied with an 80 GB hard drive for expanded functionality. Advanced features supported by SP 4420SF include custom job build, scan preview, print and copy spooling, collation of larger document jobs, fonts and macro storage and MFP lockout. A solutions platform, SP 4420SF can be customised to meet workfl ow needs.
